222T..1970 Corvette T-Top, 350-350 hp, 4 speed, numbers match, "The Star Spangled Corvette". Stars and Stripes Red, White, and Blue exterior with Red interior. Very patriotic paint scheme in very nice over all condition. This is the original Star Spangled Corvette. A California icon which has been featured in many magazines and posters. Bought new in 1970 by David Dugan alias "Captain America". Dugan had his car painted with his trademark "The Stars and Stripes" (50 stars). The personalized plates (1-USA) were updated in 1984. The car comes with one of the original Corvette posters, a pair of Dugan's custom made red, white, and blue leather Foursheim shoes, a USA flag theme leather jacket, and a stars red and blue necktie. Also has all working fiber optics. Optioned with ice cold factory air, power steering, power brakes, power windows, tilt-n-telescopic, 3.36 posi, SS brakes, custom AM/FM stereo cassette radio, Vintage American 5 spoke wheels with blue spokes/red centers, and B.F. Goodrich T.A. raised white lettered radials. Most all factory correct components including the spare, jack tools, seat belts, floor mats, shifter, shielding, air cleaner, and 3 of the T-3 headlights.
