1043J..1962 Corvette Convertible Pilot Line Car VIN #9, 327-360 hp (fuelie), 4 speed, numbers matching, F.I. unit is very early (#7). Roman Red paint with Black interior and White soft top. Body-on restored and NCRS Top Flight award in 2010. More significantly, this early production pilot line car incorporates many 1961 carry over features not seen in regular production 1962's, i.e.: F.I. badge location, 1/4" pleats on seats and door panels and the grill. Optioned with power windows, T-10 transmission, 4.11 posi, Wonderbar radio, fuel injection, sunvisors, windshield washers, courtesy light, heater, hubcaps, and 6.70x15" white stripe tires. Most all factory correct type components including the spare, jack, jack tools, trunk mat, trunk liner, taillight cones, rebound straps, washer system, shifter, shielding, air cleaner, generator, distributor, hoses, hose clamps, F.I. unit, F.I. fuel filter, radiator, guide Y-50 mirror, owners manual, sales brochure, and T-3 headlights.
