Windows steps

Wait until the wallpaper image to the right has loaded.
Click the image holding down the right mouse button and you will see a pop up menu. Select "Save Image as..." from the pop up menu.
Select a location on your computer for the wallpaper to be download to.
Click the "Start" button and select "Settings" and "Control Panel". Double Click the "Display" icon and select the "Background" tab.
Click "Browse" and select the new wallpaper by finding your download location and double clicking.
Click OK. Done!

The image should now be set as your wallpaper.

Wait until the wallpaper image to the right has loaded.
Control-Click on the image and you will see a pop up menu. Select "Download image to disk" from the pop up menu. Save the image to your hard-disk.

Setting Desktop

Open the "Appearance" control panel: go to the Apple Menu, and select Control Panels > Appearance.
In the "Appearance" control panel choose the "Desktop" tab. Then click on the small picture of your current desktop.
Click "Place Picture" and choose the JPEG image file you downloaded to your hard-disk. Click "Position Automatically" and select "Center on Screen". Lastly, click the "Set Desktop" button. Done!
