1026Q..1972 Corvette Convertible, LT1, factory air, 4 speed, numbers matching original motor, transmission and rear end with CCAS/Grenning Engine Stamp Affirmation, also factory original body trim/tag, 6-owner car with 74,864 actual miles. Bryar Blue paint with Blue interior and White soft top. Body-on restored in show condition with one quality repaint since new. One of only 240 LT1's produced with A/C and estimated one of only 50 LT1 convertibles produced with A/C. NCRS National Top Flight, NCRS Ladies Choice and NCRS Gallery IX at Corvettes at Carlisle. Very rare color! Optioned with factory air, power steering, M-21, 3.55 posi, SS brakes, A.I.R., AM/FM stereo radio, aluminized exhaust, audio alarm, tinted glass, rallys, and Firestone raised white lettered tires. Most all factory correct type components including the spare, jack, jack tools, floor mats, seat belts, washer system, smog system, shifter, shielding, air cleaner, alternator, distributor, spark plug shields, hoses, hose clamps, valve covers, gas door assembly, owners manual, and sales brochure. Documented with the tank sticker, owner history, owners manual packet, NCRS judging sheet, NCRS gallery show poster board, old registrations, log book, old photos, maintenance and restoration receipts and photos. Also has an affirmation by CCAS/Grenning as to the legitimacy and originality of the engine block, stamp pad, and the engine stamp. Production date of July 20th, 1972 and delivered new by Rosenthal Chevrolet in Arlington, VA (dealer code 475 in zone 14) per the official NCRS/GM Shipping Records (SDR) which indicates that this 1972 Corvette was a very late production car and one of the last chrome bumper cars ever produced and this year marks the 50th anniversary of the 1972 Corvette!
