1012R..1963 Corvette Split Window Coupe, 327-350 hp, 4 speed, (#2657 dated 1967 non-original motor), also has factory original body/trim tag. Riverside Red paint with Saddle Tan interior. Very early production car VIN #268 which was produced the 3rd day of 1963 production. Body-on restoration with newer paint, interior, chrome, exhaust, radiator, alternator, wheels and tires. Also has rebuilt suspension. Optioned with air conditioning, T-10 transmission, 3.36 rear end, AM/FM radio, aluminized exhaust, seat belts, 1967 style rally wheels and redline radial tires. Most all factory correct type components including the spare, jack, jack tools, washer system, shifter, shielding, air cleaner, most hoses, hose clamps, exhaust heat shields, gas door assembly, glove box door, cookie tin hood, owners manual, and sales brochure. Documented with the owners manual packet, owner history back to 2001 (Colorado, Arizona, and California), state registrations, insurance cards, tech articles, Corvette Restorers Magazines, California license plate and 3-ring binder. Production date of September 19th, 1962 and the third day of 1963 production. Delivered new by Snider Chevrolet in Pleasant Hills, PA (dealer 785 in zone 13) per the official NCRS/GM Shipping Data Records (SDR). Looks, runs, and drives very nice.
