Marketing Agreement

For the sole consideration of $29.95 and upon the successful sale during the term of this agreement, an additional 1% of the gross sale price, I (we), the undersigned advertiser(s), hereby agree to list my (our) vehicle for advertisement as described in this form above. Your Initials:

Pro-Team Corvette Sales, Inc. (Marketer), Dealer Number UD003670 for the sole purpose of utilizing Pro-Team Corvette Sales, Inc. resources to market this vehicle for sale and paying to the marketer from the proceeds of the sale of the vehicle, the amount agreed upon under the terms of this agreement. It is understood that the advertiser will keep said vehicle in his possession for the duration of the marketing period unless other arrangements are made between the advertiser and the marketer. If the vehicle is sold by the advertiser or the marketer during the term of this agreement, any money due the advertiser or marketer will be disbursed within 20 days of the sale of the vehicle. Your Initials:

Advertiser agrees and understands that Pro-Team Corvette Sales, Inc. is merely a marketing agent and will utilize our vast resources to market their vehicle for sale. Advertiser further understands that in the event of any dispute or disagreement between them relating to this agreement or the subject matter thereof, the laws of the State of Ohio shall govern the rights and duties under this agreement in any suit or other action brought by either party against the other shall be brought in Napoleon, Henry County, Ohio. The parties also agree that any negotiation, contact, or any event leading up to the signing of this agreement shall be construed to have occurred in Napoleon, Henry County Ohio.
